Meditation Music

Binaural beats guide you to an expanded, whole brain state while the music open your chakras, deepening your experience.

Ethereal soundscapes evoke sacred experiences while the embedded entrainment technologies and hypnotic techniques guide you to deep states of consciousness.

Have the clarity of deeper, more penetrating perceptions of people and situations with this super-powered meditation booster! The music is calm, enveloping you in an ethereal bath of sound and vibration created to relax you into an expanded state of awareness and openness. During this journey, the binaural beat frequencies shift from a meditative theta frequency pattern to a quick gamma burst providing a “moment of insight”, an intense shift of awareness.

WARNING: The music on this recording contains brainwave entrainment technologies including monaural and binaural beats. These technologies have been tested and proven effective. For best results, use good quality stereo headphones. DO NOT listen to this music while driving, operating heavy machinery, or performing any other activities that require focused attention. People who are subject to seizures, auditory disorders, or adverse mental conditions should not listen to this music without first consulting a physician.

J.S. Epperson has been creating healing music enhanced with binaural beats since 1993. After listening to the guided imagery “Meditation Made Simple”, Robert Monroe contacted Epperson about using the music for “Going Home”, a program developed by Robert Monroe, Dr. Elisebeth Kübler-Ross and Dr. Charles Tart. Epperson has since created ten popular Hemi-Sync® meta-Music® recordings for the Monroe Institute. His collaboration with Barbara Bullard resulted in several projects that pioneered the use of beta frequencies to enhance focus and concentration, including the best selling albums Remembrance and Einstein’s Dream. Other notable projects include the Surround Sound meditation DVDs “Blossoming Lotus” and “lightSOURCE: A Sacred Geometry Experience”, the later of which was named “Product of The Year” by INATS.

Epperson received his Bachelor of Science from the University Of Southern California, Thornton School of Music and remains involved in many projects including the likes of The Monroe Institute as well as his own record label Mellowcore, which was launched in 2009. Epperson’s work also appears in television, film and video games.
