Gammadrone - Gamma Binaural Beats Meditation

Image

Format: Flac | Duration: 44 Minutes | Brainwave State: Gamma, Theta | Effect: Meditative
Music: Ethereal and dreamy | Size: 182 MB

This music is energizing and pleasant, but never distracting. The music guides your body’s natural rhythms to state of attentive focus while the entrainment technologies engage your mind.

Gamma waves are associated with perception and unity consciousness. Gamma frequencies most often occur during moments of insight or high-level processing of new information. The gamma frequency originates in the thalamus, and according to some studies, people deeply experiencing gamma do not distinguish the self from the external world, thus increasing the sense of compassion and unity.

Gammadrone features complex brain entrainment technologies including binaural beats, monaural beat, and isochronic tones. The carrier frequencies are keyed to correspond with the crown chakra energy centers, which are associated with the thalamus and the hypothalamus.

WARNING: The music on this recording contains brainwave entrainment technologies including monaural and binaural beats. These technologies have been tested and proven effective. For best results, use good quality stereo headphones. DO NOT listen to this music while driving, operating heavy machinery, or performing any other activities that require focused attention. People who are subject to seizures, auditory disorders, or adverse mental conditions should not listen to this music without first consulting a physician.

J.S. Epperson has been creating healing music enhanced with binaural beats since 1993. After listening to the guided imagery “Meditation Made Simple”, Robert Monroe contacted Epperson about using the music for “Going Home”, a program developed by Robert Monroe, Dr. Elisebeth Kübler-Ross and Dr. Charles Tart. Epperson has since created ten popular Hemi-Sync® meta-Music® recordings for the Monroe Institute. His collaboration with Barbara Bullard resulted in several projects that pioneered the use of beta frequencies to enhance focus and concentration, including the best selling albums Remembrance and Einstein’s Dream. Other notable projects include the Surround Sound meditation DVDs “Blossoming Lotus” and “lightSOURCE: A Sacred Geometry Experience”, the later of which was named “Product of The Year” by INATS.

Epperson received his Bachelor of Science from the University Of Southern California, Thornton School of Music and remains involved in many projects including the likes of The Monroe Institute as well as his own record label Mellowcore, which was launched in 2009. Epperson’s work also appears in television, film and video games.
